Bumping Courtship Chest film

This project is about Haptic. I was interested in haptic behavior in animal life and discovered that there is an action called courtship, which is very important for mating. The male animal makes himself attractive to the female by altering his appearance...a 'touchable body.' The main idea is inspired by the Frigate bird, I tried to make a human size model of their red chest. However in real-life girls need more courage to ask someone out. Therefore i put the installation to a girl called Jenny who is always very shy and she finally can show love to her favorite guy.

이 프로젝트는 햅틱( 터치 )를 주제로 했습니다.

동물의 습성을 햅틱적인 관점에서 리서치를 하는 과정에 동물의 짝짓기에서 핵심인 ' 구애행동 ' 을 발견하게 되었습니다.

수컷이 암컷을 매혹할때 그의 모습을 알리기 위해서 마치 ' 만지고 싶은 몸 '을 만든 다는 생각이 들었습니다. 특히 조류는 수컷들이 자신의 몸을 치장하거나 부풀려서 암컷을 매혹하곤 합니다. 군함새라는 새는 자신의 빨간 가슴을 부풀려 구애행동을 하는데 여기서 모티브를 얻어 사람 사이즈의 빨간 가슴을 만들어 보게 되었습니다. 실제로 여자가 용기를 얻어 구애를 하기는 쉽지 않다는 생각이 들어서 제니라는 수줍음을 많이 타는 가상의 인물을 만들어 그녀에게 인스톨레이션을 장착했습니다. 이 영상에는 그녀가 좋아하는 남자에게 끝내 구애하는 형식으로 진행되는 단편 드라마 입니다.
